Update

I know I haven't blogged in a while, so I thought I'd just give a little update on me and life, etc.
I'm participating in lent.  I gave up bread.  It's a big deal.  I looooove carbs. I'm skinny but I probs over do the carbs. So maybe eliminating bread will help.  Three years ago, I gave up fried foods for lent and since then, I've probably eaten something fried only about fifteen times.  (Cheese sticks account for all fifteen times.  Next year I'm giving up cheese and we'll just see how long that lasts.)
I've began reading more often.  I'm currently reading three books.  Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (I know I'm about ten years behind on this, but I've never seen the movies or read the books except Sorcerer's Stone which I just read last week and watched yesterday.)  I'm also reading The Help.  I'm not impressed.  The movie was much better.  Lastly, I'm reading Decision Points.....again.  I'm sorry, that man said stupid things and maybe had a spending problem, but he was fantastic.
I got a kitten.  I'm not a cat person, but Bacon is a unique kitten.  She's bound to think she's a dog and I'm fine with that.
That's all I've really been doing lately.  I'm a boring old lady who's not even old.  It's sad.
