Invitations Consultants Giveaway!

As bid day has come and gone and many sororities are welcoming new babies, SGL from Too Much is Never Enough is teaming up with Invitation Consultants to give away a custom stamper, 20 folding note cards, a notepad, and two luggage tags.  I'm excited about this.  I could never have too much stationary and certainly never too much Greek stationary.  I just went through and looked at all of my sorority's merch, and I'm smitten.  Even if I don't win, we all know I will def. purchase.  So follow the links, and go try to win yourself some goodies!

Who Wants a Free Koozie??

I also wanted to share this little tidbit.  Raybans for 85% off!  Oakley vs Rayban is selling their stuff for super cheap.  Shipping on my glasses were 19 dollars though.  But then again I won't complain because $35 for a pair of Barbie pink Wayfarers sure beats $185.  Yeah.  I got them for $18.  I'm just saying.  I did the research and they are legit Raybans.  I don't know if their Oakley's are on sale because I'm honestly not a fan of them.  Just ew.  I have a little Rayban collection and I'm so happy to add Barbie Pink to the flat black and honey frames.  I'm obviously super excited.  This is the pair I chose.
I'm also adding wine glasses, champagne flutes, and canvases to my shop.  I don't have an Etsy shop and I probably won't create one either.  I intend to do it all from Facebook at the time.  It's not through Skreened like my shirts are so it would be through Paypal.  I'm adding pictures soon.  Check it out at Vodka & Pearls.

Double Giveaway!

Today, The Preppy Student has posted two giveaways.  The first one is for 12 personalized notecards from The Preppy Ladybug.  I do love their stuff.  I love stationary.  I could use some more notecards in my life.  I sell all of my old textbooks on Amazon and like to send little, "Thanks for your purchase," notes with the order.  They would be perfect for that.  The Preppy Student gives you 24 opportunities to win.  Even if you don't win, they have other amazing products. 1.  What color nail polish are you currently sporting?

Well, sadly, I'm not wearing any.  Tonight, however, they will be maroon.  Go Dawgs!!

2. Where would you love to live?

North or South Carolina.  I do love me some Carolina.  I'm probably moving to Baton Rouge, LA soonish though.  

3.    What is your favorite Lilly print?

I have two actually.  Phi Mu print and Chum Bucket.  

4. How do you feel about pants?

Ew.  If I didn't have to wear scrubs at work, I'd be in a dress or shorts 24/7.  I guess they're okay in the winter.  Sometimes.  

5. What is your favorite Nicholas Sparks movie/book?

My favorite Nicholas Sparks movie is The Notebook.  However, the book was terrible.  My favorite book of his is Dear John.  I cried like a baby.  No shame there.

6. How many countries have you been to and what ones?

So far only one.  Mexico.  I plan to go to Australia soon to see my long lost best vet school friend.  

7.  What do you want most right now?

I want more than nothing in this world for Pilot to come home and for Engineer to get this job designing Army tanks.  I'm being selfless in a way in this answer.  I'd benefit from both, though.

8. Do you have any pets?

As a vet student, I'm scared to death I'm going to become a pet hoarder.  I have a rabbit named Jen, a turtle named Speedy, and a dog (black mouth cur) named Beau.  I'm currently hoping for a new puppy for my birthday.  

9. Have you ever played in the snow?

Yes.  Not very often, but yes.  We only get snow in MS about once every 10 years.  Lately, it's been snowing more every year.  Global warming??  Ha!

10. Who is your favorite blogger?

Leah of Leah's Journalisms.  I will admit she is my best friend and this is bias.  

11.  What is/was your best college memory?

The day I found out my Big was MY big.  I love her and I'm having withdrawls.  I yelled her name at reveal and hugged her so tight.  I'm tearing up thinking about it.
