Liebster Award

I have been nominated for the Liebster Award! Thank you to Katie of Northern Prepster.

Answering Katie's questions.

1.  What color nail polish are you currently sporting?

Well, sadly, I'm not wearing any.  Tonight, however, they will be maroon.  Go Dawgs!!

2. Where would you love to live?

North or South Carolina.  I do love me some Carolina.  I'm probably moving to Baton Rouge, LA soonish though.  

3.    What is your favorite Lilly print?

I have two actually.  Phi Mu print and Chum Bucket.  

4. How do you feel about pants?

Ew.  If I didn't have to wear scrubs at work, I'd be in a dress or shorts 24/7.  I guess they're okay in the winter.  Sometimes.  

5. What is your favorite Nicholas Sparks movie/book?

My favorite Nicholas Sparks movie is The Notebook.  However, the book was terrible.  My favorite book of his is Dear John.  I cried like a baby.  No shame there.

6. How many countries have you been to and what ones?

So far only one.  Mexico.  I plan to go to Australia soon to see my long lost best vet school friend.  

7.  What do you want most right now?

I want more than nothing in this world for Pilot to come home and for Engineer to get this job designing Army tanks.  I'm being selfless in a way in this answer.  I'd benefit from both, though.

8. Do you have any pets?

As a vet student, I'm scared to death I'm going to become a pet hoarder.  I have a rabbit named Jen, a turtle named Speedy, and a dog (black mouth cur) named Beau.  I'm currently hoping for a new puppy for my birthday.  

9. Have you ever played in the snow?

Yes.  Not very often, but yes.  We only get snow in MS about once every 10 years.  Lately, it's been snowing more every year.  Global warming??  Ha!

10. Who is your favorite blogger?

Leah of Leah's Journalisms.  I will admit she is my best friend and this is bias.  

11.  What is/was your best college memory?

The day I found out my Big was MY big.  I love her and I'm having withdrawls.  I yelled her name at reveal and hugged her so tight.  I'm tearing up thinking about it.
